PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is expected when services are rendered and when medication refills are requested. We do not bill. We are happy to provide detailed estimates prior to your pet's appointment and before medication refill requests are processed.  

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash. Payment for medication refills can be made using a credit or debit card online via your eVet Pet Portal or over the phone with one of our Client Service Representatives. Payment must be received for your pet's medication to be shipped. 

Considering Pet Insurance? Pet Insurance works differently than our health insurance. Payment is required in full at the time of service then reimbursement is distributed after the claim is submitted (for each visit). For more information, visit our Resources page!
